This all-inclusive, 10-week, professional Cake course (L’Art du Gâteau) is a custom-designed, hands-on program that specializes in the art of cake baking and decorating. It involves all aspects of the creation of wedding, celebration, and specialty cakes. Classes include cake design, recipe creation, buttercreams and fondant, and elaborate decorating techniques.
