de Champagne
a special occasion uncorked.
Experience an extravagant
night of the finest Champagnes and culinary delicacies.
7:00 pm Opening
of the Tour de Champagne
Start the evening at the Chicago Cultural Center and enjoy Champagnes
of over 20 houses ranging from icon brands to a variety of boutique
champagnes, while tasting signature dishes of many of Chicago's
top chefs.
Chef demonstrations, lecture
on the history of Champagne, silent auction, live music, desserts
by the French Pastry School, fabulous raffle of a trip
to Paris on Air France...
10:00 pm Fin de
Soiree
Continuation of the evening at the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower,
where a ‘Finale on the evening’ will take place. All
guests may enjoy a complimentary nightcap at the Cognac & Champagne
Bar. *Private “Tete de Cuvée” tasting & Dessert
buffet for VIP tickets holders. Music and atmosphere for an extraordinary
evening!
