Friends of James Beard Dinner Featuring The French Pastry School at Bacchus Restaurant in Milwaukee
The French Pastry School’s Chef Sébastien Canonne, M.O.F. will join recipients of the James Beard Foundation Award, Paul Bartolotta of Bartolotta Restaurants, Adam Siegel and Sandford D’Amato, along with Celebrity Chefs and winners of “Top Chef,” Hosea Rosenberg (winner of Season Five) and Stephanie Izzard (winner of Season Four) for the Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner. A Special Demonstration at The French Pastry School
The French Pastry School along with Patisfrance and European Imports held a demonstration on September 9th, by Chefs Jacquy Pfeiffer and Sébastien Canonne of The French Pastry School and Chef Martin Diez of Patisfrance. The demonstration was attended by over 50 chefs from around the Chicagoland and Wisconsin establishments. Attending chefs were instructed on sorbet and ice cream making along with two different types of coconut sesame tuiles.
