Admire, Taste, and Learn All That Chocolate Has to Offer

The use of chocolate dates all the way back to ancient cultures and, since then, the industry surrounding it has continued to constantly grow and evolve. This October 18th – 22th, come learn all there is to know about today’s finest cocoa products as the second annual Fine Chocolate & Dessert Show and National Chocolate & Dessert Show takes over the halls of Navy Pier.

This event for both professionals (National Chocolate & Dessert Show) and food enthusiasts (Fine Chocolate & Dessert Show) is open to the public and will give attendees the chance to see demonstrations on how to make all kinds of chocolate treats – free with the price of admission – given by Chef Instructors of The French Pastry School of Kennedy-King College at City Colleges of Chicago. Explore exhibits, like the chocolate sculpture garden designed entirely by our chefs, and take advantage of The French Pastry School’s booth to find out more about our programs and courses.
