The International Association of Culinary Professionals announced their 2014 Award Finalists. Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer's cookbook, The Art of French Pastry, was nominated along with two other cookbooks in the category "Baking: Sweet and Savory." The results will be announced on March 15th.
