Seasonal Collection of Pierre Hermé

Lunch each day was served on Villeroy & Boch, Revol and Le Creuset dishes.

Celebrating the Alsatian tradition, Wolfberger wines and Crémant was served during lunch each day.

After the first day of class, chefs and owners of The French Pastry School in Chicago, Jacquy Pfeiffer and Sébastien Canonne, M.O.F., started the evening celebration by serving the students of the class margaritas. Chef Art Smith of Table 52 in Chicago and former chef for Oprah Winfrey welcomed the group to his home for an evening of Mexican food and festivities.

Chef Art Smith, owner/chef of Table 52 in Chicago and Oprah Winfrey’s former chef, invited The French Pastry School, Pierre Hermé and class to his home for a Mexican-themed evening.

Traditional Mexican cuisine was prepared for the guests.

Tortillas made by hand. 

Student from the class enjoyed a relaxing meal at Art Smith’s home. 

The evening included a traditional mariachi band.
