Seasonal Collection of Pierre Hermé

The French Pastry School, located in Chicago’s “loop”, welcomed internationally acclaimed pastry chef, and a very special guest, Pierre Hermé on an early Sunday morning in May.

Pierre Hermé is one of many internationally acclaimed pastry chefs who visited The French Pastry School to teach a continuing education course.

The French Pastry School’s kitchen awaits Chef Pierre Hermé and twenty-five other eager pastry chefs, who are also drawn to the school from around the globe.
