Coming to a theatre near you: Kings of Pastry
Kings of Pastry, the latest documentary film directed by D.A. Pennebaker and Chris Hegedus (The War Room, Don't Look Back) is coming soon to a theatre near you! Released in 2009, Kings of Pastry, starring Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer of The French Pastry School, has screened in several cities across Europe including Munich, Berlin, Bologna, Dumfries, as well as in England, the Netherlands, and Australia.

Now available on YouTube are some fun and educational demonstrations by our Master Chef Instructors! These easy-to-follow videos give you a small "taste" of what goes on in our teaching kitchens, plus some great, classic French pastries. Follow along step by step and try these pastries out at home, from bread to tarts to plated desserts. Then, come to The French Pastry School and participate in a class or event for some real, hands-on experience!
