This class was inspired by the beautiful French garden topiary created especially for The French Pastry School by world-renowned Chef Nicholas Lodge.  During this 4-day class, Chef Nicholas will guide you through the steps of creating realistic sugar flowers with incredible details that come from over 40 years of industry experience as a master cake artist.  Flowers will include David Austin Roses, Hydrangea, Lilies of the Valley, Sunflowers, French Lilacs, Sweet Peas, Love in a Mist - all with the appropriate foliage.

You will learn how to use all types of chocolate and the classic techniques to create everything from beautiful candies to soul-satisfying cookies to impressive desserts.  At the end of the class, students will create an amazing display of what they learned and take everything home just in time for Valentines’ Day.
