The French Pastry School


Our 4-5 day Professional classes are geared towards pastry and baking professionals and are a combination of multiple chef demonstrations and some hands-on experience. The chefs will have the opportunity to create some of the class recipes while receiving very valuable expert tips, tricksof the trade, new learning methods,and concepts that will allow them to expand their skills and provide training for their teams.  The classes are taught by distinguished visiting chefs from around the world including prominent international figures such Stéphane Leroux, M.O.F., Joël Defives, M.O.F., Frank Haasnoot, Christophe Morel, and many others.
