Tasting Series - Learn to Bake Your Favorite Breads for Holiday Gifts

Put a little French in your Friday nights with our baking and cooking Tasting Series from The French Pastry School. Perfect for a gift and for special evenings with friends or first (and second!) dates, these two hour demonstrations by our award winning Chef Instructors will show you not only how to make classic French recipes but also how to enjoy all of this good food like a true “Bon Vivant.”
In this session of the Tasting Series, Learn to Bake Your Favorite Breads for Holiday Gifts, your chef will present the following recipes and pair them with wine and cheese:
- Beer Bread
- Flat Bread and Crackers
- Whole-Wheat and Multigrain Bread
- Tasting Paired with Wine and Cheese
In an intimate and relaxed setting, you will learn from and interact with your chef as they demonstrate a selection of recipes and guide you through a tasting that will open your eyes to the many facets of flavor. Toast your companion with your glass of well paired wine – a perfect, fun way to end a beautiful day or start an enchanting night out in the city.
The French Pastry School offers these demonstrations about once a month – space is limited so please be sure to sign up well in advance. The cost of the class is $75 per person and includes a demonstration, tastings of all recipes prepared, a beverage pairing, and a gift to take home. The recipes will be available in printed or electronic form. All attendees must be 21 years of age and over. The dress code is smart casual; jeans are permitted.
If you cancel prior to 48 hours before class begins, the cost of the class will be refunded in full. There are no refunds issued when fewer than 48 hours notice from the class start is given.
