  • A cocktail reception featuring food stations with culinary creations from BJ’s Market and Eatery, Rome’s Joy Catering, Pleasant House bakery, and Hyatt Hotels’ corporate chef Aaron McKay. (BJ’s Market’s chef/owner John Meyer and Rome’s Joy Catering president Chef Clifford Rome are also alumni of Washburne Culinary Institute.)
  • Signature cocktail recipe from Big Jones restaurant
  • A fabulous dinner menu planned by father and son, Jimmy Bannos and Jimmy Bannos, Jr., and prepared by Washburne Culinary Institute students.
  • An opportunity to make a difference by supporting student scholarships and programs.
