She quickly won her first national award, Canada’s Best Molded Bonbon, and is focused on growing her business.Career advice: “My mentor once told me, when you are an entrepreneur, you will need to be flexible. Flexibility consists of knowing how to strategize your daily planner, how to give and take in difficult situations, being empathetic with clients and employees. But most importantly, you have to be flexible with yourself when you feel like you have not reached your goals within your projected due date.”
