Franco Pacini, Director of The French Pastry School and President of For the Love of Chocolate Foundation, receives a scholarship from the American Culinary Federation Windy City Chefs President, Linda Rosner, their contribution to For the Love of Chocolate Scholarship Foundation benefitting future students of The French Pastry School.
