Elaine Kilby

Elaine Kilby joined The French Pastry School in 2007 as Admissions & Career Placement Manager. Her primary focus is guiding potential students through the admissions process as well as assisting existing students with their career path.  Elaine attended The French Pastry School in 2005 and completed the L'Art de la Patisserie program.  After graduating, she worked for a local hotel restaurant before returning to the School as an Intern.  Upon completion of the internship program, Elaine worked at a specialty import ingredient sales company.

Prior to attending The French Pastry School, Elaine spent five years in Washington, DC working for a non-profit organization, Industrial Research Institute, she ran their financial department.  She brings with her the unique perspective of a career changer that successfully transitioned into the pastry field.

Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a minor in French from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota.
